Do you smoke? Do you drink? Well, this is a good time to cut down, or even quit. You are addicted to Me, not to other substances. And I want a HEALTHY slave, who can serve Me for a long time. And you will use the money you have saved to buy My mp3's and sessions.
 
Do you drink soda or coffee? Start drinking water. Get a refillable bottle. You can get one with a filter if the water in your area is bad.
